Homecoming Hues Artist Retreat

Celebrating our 11th year!

~~ An Artists Painting Retreat ~~
Four days of educational and entertaining art instruction
open to all painters with the desire to expand their painting skills!

Activities begin with "Registration" on September 4 at 2 p.m. Held at the North Bend Lodge, this will give everyone time to get checked in for both the retreat and their room, shop for any needed materials from the teachers, visit with old friends and make new ones, and have a leisurely dinner in the Lodge dining room. The "Opening Reception" will be held that evening at 7 p.m.

Painting classes will be held on September 5, 6, 7, and 8. Painting instruction
will be designed for the intermediate level painter with moderate teacher assistance.

In addition to the outstanding painting classes during Homecoming Hues, there will also be the Opening Reception, Four Breakfast Buffets, Four morning and Two evening programs with demonstrations, speakers and question and answer sessions with the teachers, and the Closing Garden Party Banquet. Add to that daily free prizes and awards plus extra fun activities, and more!!

Registration for Homecoming Hues 2012 is $450 for full time attendees and $175 for their guests. Deposit due at registration is $200 for Painters, $75 for Guests. Final payment is due no later than July 15, 2012. After July 15, 2012 the fee will be $475 for Painters and $200 for their guests with full payment due at registration. Check, Money Order, MasterCard and Visa are all accepted. The Painters fee includes instructional fees, paints and medium, painting surfaces, the Opening Reception, 4 Breakfast Buffets, All Assemblies and Programs, the Closing Garden Party Banquet and more!!! The Guest fee includes all of the above except attendance in the classrooms, instructional fees and class materials.

Registration to the entire event only will be accepted through July 15, 2012. After that date, individual classes will be filled on a space available basis. The fee for each single day is $125 and includes the materials and fees for that day's painting class and that day's Breakfast and morning assembly program. It does not include the evening activities but tickets for those activities may be purchased.

ALL REGISTRATION will close August 30, 2012 to allow for proper planning and correct set up of the classroom space and materials.

Cancellations will be honored with a refund of deposit less a $50 handling fee per person up until August 1, 2012. No deposit refund should be expected after that time. However, for cancellations that become necessary for any reason after August 1, all class materials possible as well any bonus materials given during the week will be collected and sent to the appropriate address at Homecoming Hues expense.
