Orders and payments

All prices are in US Dollar funds. We accept US checks, money orders, cashiers checks, Visa and MasterCard via PayPal’s secured site. You may also print a copy of our order form and fax or mail your order to us. Do not send credit card information via Email, use fax or standard US postal mail.

International orders must be in US funds and must mail or fax orders with credit card information.

Shipping

Orders are normally shipped on Tuesday or Friday but please allow up to two weeks for shipping in the event we are traveling with a seminar or convention. Orders paid by check will be delayed until check clears, usually about 7 days.

The shopping cart will calculate shipping for the United States only. For international orders, shipping charges will be more than the amounts stated.

Double check the shipping information you are providing us. We will ship to that address exactly. Any order returned for insufficient address will be charged for reshipments.

All orders are packed securely and with care. If damage occurs during shipping contact the carrier immediately.

Permission is given to teachers to provide one pattern per student for classroom use and it must contain the Kitty Gorrell Studio copyright.
